The residential development that launched the high-rise boom in Las Vegas is starting construction on its fourth and final 40-story tower. Turnberry Place is paving its way towards completion and 800 new residents living on the north end of the Strip.

Tower Four will take 18 months to complete and will have 231 residences. Only 17 residences remain in Tower Four, and there are a variety of two to four-bedroom resale residences immediately available in Towers One through Three.

“There has been a tremendous interest in Tower Four as people realize this could be their last opportunity to own a residence at Turnberry Place,” said John Riordan, vice president of sales for Turnberry Place.
